Beware the membership fee, and what I mean. Our house we will build on a plot owned by my in-laws. Really belongs to my mother, but because they are married in community of property (like all some years ago) is the property of the two. Well, if we build on that lot, under membership fee, all that is built becomes the property of the owners of the site. Here comes the trickiest part: we had to ask my in-laws that waive their right of Copigraph's adherence or we cede the field (Grant).
For now there is no problem, but according to the initial idea we will build the house with my sister and her partner, and my in-laws have three daughters ...
be all right and find the balance, we must be optimistic, but real life is very different from the theory ...
