Since the cadastral data, I have much information: The current plot type is urban (important detail because I can consruir on it) and has a total area of \u200b\u200b270m2, which is built 136m2. In addition, current construction dates back to 1900 (the truth is that it seems to be old)
I have many questions: Can I build
all 270m2 or I have to respect the current construction zone?
What about the white area that appears in the picture?
What about the line that cuts across the plot you a route or something to be respected?
In the picture, I marked in red, the same area as that obtained in SIGPAC.
